Overfly Trend Tool is an internal business application operated by Overfly GmbH for authorized research and strategy workflows.
2. Access
Use of the service is limited to authorized internal users and approved business accounts. You must keep credentials confidential and use the service only for legitimate business purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law, contractual restrictions, or third-party platform terms.
4. Intellectual property
The software, content, and associated materials made available through the service are owned by Overfly or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
5. Availability
The service may change, be updated, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Overfly disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
